Description

100% Syrah, full bodied red, with hints of spice and pepper. This was our first vintage. It is sourced from Three Creek Vineyard, and is a true single vineyard Santa Barbara Syrah. This wine is grown in a very rugged area of Santa Barbara county, and the wine reflects that terrain in its great structure and complexity. This wine has potential to age for 10 - 15 years, but is also ready to drink now.

	one of my fav syrah's....07...let me say....i taste cherry notes..undertones...very nice, very smooth...nice....i'll put this wine at the top of my list! great syrah!

	2007 Syrah
	I couldn’t help notice the thickness of the legs and the abundant flavors that this wine projected. The wine is thick, bold and full bodied. You can’t help but feel the explosiveness of the wine when you first taste it! It is fruity not tart, sweet not sour, just pure enjoyment with every mouthful. I would recommend this wine as a compliment to a good steak, heavy Italian meal, or just a pure Cabernet lover. Compared to cabernets that are 4 and 5 times the price, this 07 Syrah stands above all!
