This will remove all shipping fees from your order -- DO NOT USE the "NOWINE" coupon for local pickup, even if your order does not contain wine! You'll receive an email with further instructions after you place your order.
ALCOHOL SHIPPING NOTICE: Each US state has its own laws governing the shipping of alcoholic beverages, and as a result, some states and carriers prohibit shipping. We can ship to most of you, but please review the list below to find your state before making a purchase, or, enter your zipcode in our shopping cart. We are unable to ship outside of the US.
Keep in mind, it is okay to ship a wine gift to someone in an approved state, even if you live in one that isn't!
APPROVED LIST -- You may purchase wine on our website or by phone, and legally ship to the following states*: AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL , KS, LA,
MD, MI, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NJ, NV, NY, SC, OH, OR, TX, TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

OPTION 2 -- N ot on the approved list? Please visit the following merchants the next time you're in California!
OPTION 3 -- See if a friend in an approved state can receive wine for you.

Alcohol Shipping Legal Notice
Our wine is sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California when purchase is made. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
Legal age for purchasing and receiving wine
Wines may be sold only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order you represent to us that you and the person to whom delivery will be made are at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identication proving that he/she is at least 21 years old.
UPS delivery policy
UPS requires an adult over the age of 21 to sign for release of alcoholic beverage shipments. Please make sure an adult is available to sign for your package upon delivery. If your home address will not have someone available to sign, please provide an alternate; like your business, for example. Should the package be returned because UPS could not release package, you will be responsible for all resulting shipping charges.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are determined in the shopping cart, when you enter the ship-to zipcode. You will also see a message with the rates if wine is not permitted for shipment to your state. You may, however, still purchase non-alcoholic gifts. The shipping amount includes the cost of a special insulated box to protect the wines, insurance, and a UPS surcharge they require for ID verification on delivery. We do not charge handling fees. Should you live in a state that is approved for alcohol shipping, and purchase items that do not require these special shipping fees, they will be refunded to you. |

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Some products like wine glasses must ship in their own carton. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Should you experience any damages in shipping, or find any issues with our wines, please contact us as soon as your order arrives. |

Shipping Time -- Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. We reserve the right to delay shipping when temperatures aren't suitable for sending wine.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Standing Sun or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| Our store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Standing Sun shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Standing Sun shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Standing Sun shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
